Add Confidence to Your Diet!

If you could wave a magic wand over your life what would you change?  Come on…play along.  What’s the very first thing that comes to mind? What specific areas could you benefit from dialing up the confidence in?  Physical? Emotional? Financial? Do you feel overwhelmed and like you will never get a grasp on a certain area?  I promise that everyone has struggled.  Let’s take them one at a time and start to build on all the wonderful skills you already have.

The first step towards confidence is acknowledging the areas you are already good at.  We tend to focus on the negative, but I guarantee you are already doing some things really well.  You might just need to be reminded of that, and I bet your kids and family are not exactly building you up each day.  My 7 year old told me I was “fired” for not letting him eat all his Halloween candy!
